Fee Schedule

Mediation Fees are $300 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.    The minimum fee is due at least 5 business days before the session.    There is no charge for an introductory chat for either or both parties.    If you choose to have me file legal documents for you, you will be responsible for the filing fees.

• How fees are split? FEES ARE USUALLY SPLIT EQUALLY BETWEEN THE PARTIES BUT ANY AGREED UPON FEE DIVISION IS ACCEPTABLE
• When payment is due? PAYMENTS ARE DUE BEFORE EACH SESSION
• What if the mediation is cancelled by one or both parties? THERE IS NO PENALTY FOR MEDIATION SESSIONS CANCELLED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. ANY UNEARNED FEES WILL BE PROMPTLY REFUNDED.
